Create your account by clicking on the “Schedule a Pickup” button and entering your address to verify you are in our delivery area. Then, sign up by providing your contact information and creating a password. Once signed up, log in and choose a pick-up and drop-off date/time that works for you.
Place your dirty laundry in a bag. If you don’t have one of our bags, any bag will do for your first order. Separate items that require special care. Use the Notes section to specify any special instructions.
On the scheduled day, leave your packed laundry bag at the designated pick-up spot (e.g., front porch, mail room, garage). Our driver will collect your laundry during your selected time window.
Your laundry is sorted, washed, and dried according to your instructions at our facility. Once ready, we’ll notify you by text and remind you of the delivery date/time. Our driver will deliver your freshly cleaned and folded laundry to your doorstep.
Simply schedule a pick-up time on our website, leave your laundry in the designated spot, and our driver will collect it. Once cleaned, we'll notify you through text and send you a reminder of your delivery date/time. Your freshly cleaned laundry will be delivered to your door at your scheduled date/time.
Click on “Schedule a Pick Up”. Then, enter your address to verify you’re in our delivery area and create an account. Log into your account and go to (+) Order at the bottom of the screen. Then choose a convenient time for pick up and drop off and we'll take care of the rest.
We will deliver your freshly cleaned and folded laundry back to you the next day.
We service areas within 5 miles of our store in West Rogers Park. A list of those areas includes: West Rogers Park, Rogers Park, Edgewater, Ravenswood, Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, Skokie, Evanston, Albany Park, Lincoln Square, Andersonville, Uptown, North Park, West Ridge, Portage Park, Jefferson Park, Logan Square, Lake View, Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village, Irving Park and North Center. For locations outside our delivery area, we offer doordash delivery service.
For regular items such as clothing, towels, sheets etc.., our cost is $1.99 per lb or $1.89 per lb for customers who schedule a recurring service (either weekly or biweekly). We offer a first time customer discount of $10 off and a free laundry bag. We also offer a 5% discount for customers that schedule a recurring pickup (weekly or biweekly)
Yes, you can provide special instructions when scheduling your pick-up in. When you first log into your account, you will be prompted for your preferences on detergent, fabric softener and wash/dry settings. You can also specify other preferences in the Notes section, such as whether you need stain treatments or if you have any special care items.

If you can fill up a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag with your clothes, then the approximate weight is between 15-20 lbs per bag. You can also use your bathroom scale at home to get an approximate weight on how much your laundry will weigh. Please note, this will only be an approximate estimate and the actual weight may differ, since the scales we use are calibrated to specific standards set by the City of Chicago.
No, you don’t need to be home when we come pick up or delivery your laundry. When you place your order, just includes notes on where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager or in an unlocked garage. When we deliver your order back, we will leave it in the same place where we picked it up (unless specified otherwise)
Yes, we offer our pick up and delivery service for residential customers and commercial accounts including various hotels, salons and Airbnbs.
Yes, we offer contactless delivery for your safety and convenience. Just let us know your preference when scheduling your delivery.
Yes, you can cancel your pick up or recurring pick up at any time. There are no contracts with this service.
Yes, there is a minimum order requirement of 20 lbs or $40, whichever is less.
You will be prompted to add a credit card or debit card to your account before scheduling a pick up. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is cleaned and ready for delivery. At that time, you will receive a text with a digital receipt detailing the charges.
Yes, you can modify your pick-up or delivery time through the website up to 3 hours before your scheduled time.
