Pickup & Delivery:
We offer next day service for all pick up & delivery orders (Saturday pickups will be delivered on Monday)
No, you don't need to be home when we come pick up or deliver your laundry. When you place your order, just include notes on where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage. When we deliver your order back, we will leave it in the same place where we picked it up (unless specified otherwise)
Yes, there is a minimum order of 20 lbs or $40.
Just put a hold on your account in the software. We'll be back on the date you tell us.
No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.
